This method is called in response to rename().
Should attempt to rename path_from to path_to
Nota:
In order for the appropriate error message to be returned this method should not be defined if the wrapper does not support renaming files.

The URL which the path_from should be renamed to.
Valor Retornado
Retorna TRUE em caso de sucesso ou FALSE em falhas.
Erros
Emite E_WARNING se uma chamada a esse método falhar (ex. não implementado).

Nota:
The a propriedade streamWrapper->context é atualizada se um contexto válido é passado para a função chamadora.
