Runtime Configuration

The behaviour of these functions is affected by settings in php.ini.

**Mcrypt configuration options**

mcrypt.algorithms_dir	NULL	PHP_INI_ALL	Available since PHP 4.0.2.
mcrypt.modes_dir	NULL	PHP_INI_ALL	Available since PHP 4.0.2.
