DOMDocument::createEntityReference — Create new entity reference node

DOMEntityReference DOMDocument::createEntityReference ( string $name )

This function creates a new instance of class DOMEntityReference. Acest nod nu va apărea în document dacă nu este inserat cu DOMNode->appendChild() de exemplu.

Parametri

name: The content of the entity reference, e.g. the entity reference minus the leading & and the trailing ; characters.

Valorile întroarse

The new DOMEntityReference or FALSE if an error occured.

Erori/Excepţii

DOM_INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR: Raised if name contains an invalid character.
