dbase_createCreates a database

Opis

int dbase_create ( string $filename , array $fields )

dbase_create() creates a dBase database with the given definition.

Informacja: Gdy włączony jest tryb bezpieczny, PHP sprawdza, czy pliki lub katalogi, na których zostaną wykonane operacje mają takie same UID (owner) jak skrypt, który jest aktualnie wykonywany.

Parametry

filename

The name of the database. It can be a relative or absolute path to the file where dBase will store your data.

fields

An array of arrays, each array describing the format of one field of the database. Each field consists of a name, a character indicating the field type, and optionally, a length, and a precision.

Informacja:

The fieldnames are limited in length and must not exceed 10 chars.

Zwracane wartości

Returns a database link identifier if the database is successfully created, or FALSE if an error occurred.

Format Description:

Date "D" - no field length or precision
NOTE: format "Ymd"

Logic "L" - no field length or precision
NOTE: must be entered as either "T" or "F"

Character "C" - field length no precision
NOTE: string will be truncated at given length

Numeric "N" - field length with precision
NOTE: Numeric includes precision

eg "45" = Length: 2, Precision: 0
eg "45.1" = Length:4, Precision:1
